Our restoration crew will then be on your timeline and handle it accurately and efficiently from the start.
Inventory, Packing & Transport
Each item is logged into a digital inventory with its condition noted, so everything remains accounted for and traceable throughout the process. Belongings are carefully packed using protective materials like bubble wrap and blankets. Undamaged items are sent to our secure storage facility, while items requiring restoration are delivered to our cleaning center.
Storage & Cleaning
Your contents are stored in secure, climate-controlled containers at our private facility. Items needing restoration are cleaned using industry-leading equipment and methods, then re-inventoried and documented for insurance purposes. We take special care with delicate items, ensuring everything is preserved safely.
Return
Once your home or facility is ready, we coordinate the return of your belongings at a time that works for you. Our team unboxes, unwraps, and places everything back in its proper location, based on your input and insurance approval.
