Here's how we respond

We arrive at your damaged location quickly if you have an emergency, or you can schedule service. You can contact us directly, or your insurance agent, adjustor, property manager, or contractor will call us once they determine your structure needs a packout of the affected contents.

 

Inspection

Our team inspects your property to determine the source and scale of damage, and the items affected. Once there is approval of what contents are to be packed, your insurance representative or contractor will implement a contents plan. We work alongside them, ensuring that your claim is handled properly.

 

Inventory, Packing & Transport

We add each individual item and its condition to a detailed digital list, ensuring your contents are accounted for and constantly trackable across all stages, locations, and facilities. We pack undamaged content for transport to our storage facility. We pack items in need of restoration for transport to our cleaning center for return to their pre-loss condition. In all cases, quality packing materials — including liberal use of industry-grade bubble wrap, blankets, and shrink wrap — make certain your contents are safe. Vehicles used to transport your contents are selected specifically for your job and its needs.

 

Storage & Cleaning

Pack2Normal stores your possessions in our secure brick-and-mortar facility. The storage facility is never open to the public, and your property is secure in its own private, lockable climate-controlled storage container. Detailed recovery estimates are prepared for your insurance company, with approved copies made available to you. We continually update our expert cleaning technicians on the latest methods and techniques, and our modern equipment and supplies restore your content to its pre-disaster condition.

 

Return

You schedule a date and time for us to return your restored possessions. We unbox, unwrap, and carefully place your contents back into the area each belongs to (per approval from your insurance carrier and/or adjuster). Your satisfaction is our reward, and Pack2Normal works diligently to help get your life back to normal.
