1. INSPECT
Pack2Normal inspects your property to determine the source and scale of damage and the items affected. Upon approval of what contents are to be packed, your insurance representative or contractor implements a contents plan. We work alongside them, ensuring your claim is handled properly.
4. TRANSPORT
Pack2Normal vehicles, designed for this purpose, transport your belongings safely and securely to either our storage facility or cleaning center.

We pack undamaged content for transport to our storage facility. We pack items in need of restoration for transport to our cleaning center to restore their pre-loss condition. Quality packing materials — including liberal use of industry-grade bubble wrap, blankets, and shrink wrap — ensure your contents are safe.
We store your contents in a climate-controlled facility. We do not mix your items with those of another customer. Special provisions are made for delicate and heirloom items.
Pack2Normal's private, secure brick-and-mortar facility is never open to the public.
2. INVENTORY
We add each individual item and its condition to a detailed digital list, ensuring your contents are accounted for and constantly trackable across all stages, locations, and facilities.
6. CLEANING
Our dedicated cleaning teams operate in spacious, sterile, bright, and meticulously kept facilities that include ultrasonic cleaning, ozone rooms, a deodorization system, quarantine, and drying chambers.
7. RETURN
Whether it’s packout or take-back, the contents of your home are wrapped, packed, and transported with care. We clean our trucks before each job, and we don't transport your content with that of any other customer.
